This little man was so sweet and mellow during his newborn photos.  
We did the session in his home with Mom, Dad, and their two big, lovabale, feisty dogs. 
We discovered some great decor to use in some shots, like this amazing rug in baby's nursery.
As soon as we saw it, we knew it had to serve as a backdrop. 

Here's another amazing piece in the family's living room.
It's a colorful chest that coordinated nicely with our little stocking cap. It's so fun when elements come together like that!

Then we moved around the house for some lifestyle shots: the master bedroom, livingroom and my favorite -
the front porch with awesome beadboard paneling and beautiful natural light.

And oh what fun we had trying to get two big labs into some sort of position for two seconds so that we could get a family photo.
Hilarity ensued, you can be sure. 

After several minutes of pushing, pulling, prodding, bribing with treats, whistling, calling for them,
squeeky toys and other attention getters, we got this quick snap.
